Property Damage
This property damage was caused by a vindictive tenant who was being evicted. This tenant had been a "model tenant" for two years of the lease. At a certain point in the tenancy, there was a divorce and rent stopped being paid. By the time we regained possession of the property, this is what we found. These damages were not covered by the homeowner's insurance due to being "non-accidental" in nature.
