It is important that prior to adding a pet to your home that you check with the TopFlight TEAM to ensure that your rental home is pet friendly and there are no specific restrictions for your home.
TopFlight’s Pet Policy is across the board when it comes to all our pet friendly homes. TopFlight allows a maximum of 2 pets per property. You must complete and pay for a pet screening application at https://topflightpm.petscreening.com/ The NON-Refundable application fee is $20.00 for the first pet application and $15.00 for the second pet. If you complete a pet application for a home that is not pet friendly or has restrictions that your pet does not meet the application fee is NON-Refundable. Please call first.
During the pet screening application, you will be required to provide photos and vaccination records for your pet. Failure to provide these will result in a denied pet application and you will not be authorized to have the pet at the property. Your pet will be scored based on its age, weight and breed. The score your pet is given will determine the NON-Refundable Pet Fee that is due upon approval of the pet. The fee ranges from $300-$500. There will be an additional $15.00 per pet monthly pet rent.
