How much does this program cost?
$1,000.00.
Is there a leasing commission paid to other Realtors?
Yes. We will cover the $250 one time leasing commission out of the total payment of $1,000.00.
What do you do in this program?
- Assess the rental home and recommend a potential monthly asking price.
- Market the home on the MLS and All of Our Internet and Social Media Platforms.
- Use Photos and Video in Your Marketing Strategy.
- Install a Sign and Lock Box at the Home.
- Collect and Screen Applications.
- Present Prospective Qualified Tenants for Owner's Review.
- Draft and Sign a TopFlight Lease Agreement.
- Arrange for the tenant to move into the home.
- Turnover all tenant funds and contacts to Owner.
What if I want Full Service Management later on?
In this program, the lease can be converted to one of our Homeowner Management Agreements. Any fees paid up to that point will be credited towards the owner.
